Yesterday evening I went to a baby shower for a friend.  We met about three years ago when she and her sister discovered rubber stamping.  They asked me to design a party favor that I could help the guests make at the party.  Here it is:

I never did post the projects I created for my April Totally Hands On Workshops.  Here they are:

One of my hostesses requested a black and pink project.  Here’s what I came up with:

But I found that all the punching and sponging was too time consuming for an in-home workshop, so I simplified the idea and created these:

Greeting Card

Stamp sets: Looks Like Spring

Ink: Pretty in Pink, Basic Black

Paper: Pretty in Pink, Basic Black, Whisper White Cardstock

Accessories: Spring Bouquet Flower Punch

This punch is so cool!  It is made to match the stamp with the three flowers in the Looks Like Spring set.  For easy embellishments, just stamp the flowers stamp, line up the punch over the images, and punch!

6×6 Scrapbook Page of my husband, Tom

Stamp sets: A to Z Accents, Headline Alphabet, Everyday Flexible Phrases

Ink: Close to Cocoa, So Saffron, Bordering Blue

Paper: Close to Cocoa, So Saffron, Bordering Blue, Whisper White Cardstock

Accessories: Stamping Sponge, Apricot & Bluebird Grosgrain Ribbon, Linen Thread, 1/16″ Circle Punch, Dimensionals

Tealight Luminary – This luminary is surprisingly easy to make.  I also like that it folds flat when you’re not using it so it takes almost no storage space and can be mailed in a regular envelope.

Stamp sets: Springtime Stems (Hostess Level 1- retiring June 30th), Warm Words

Ink: Rose Red, More Mustard, Perfect Plum, Certainly Celery

Paper: Certainly Celery Cardstock, Vellum Cardstock

Accessories: Watercolor Wonder Crayons, AquaPainter, Tag Punch, Paper Cutter with Scoring Blade, Stamping Sponge
