More Good News

Well, isn’t this just the day for good news?  Some important people at Stampin’ Up! must’ve had a big meeting today.  The latest announcement…

“Beginning with the upcoming Spring-Summer Collection 2008, 12″ x 12″ card stock in individual color packages will return to the Stampin’ Up! product offering in addition to the color family assortments!

We’ve heard your concern that you need this core product for workshops and to satisfy your customers’ needs. This card stock offers you, your hostesses, and customers more flexibility in purchasing options…”

I love working with a company that listens to it’s demonstrators & customers!

Stampin’ Up! has always offered all 48 colors (plus some neutrals) in both 8-1/2×11 & 12×12 cardstocks.  After doing research, Stampin’ Up! decided that for the Fall-Winter Collection only the most popular colors needed to be offered in individual packs and the rest would be available in the color family assortments.

Well, many demonstrators did not agree with this change.  Anyone who attends my Totally Hands On workshops knows that every month my guests create a 6×6 bragbook page.  So I use quite a lot of 12×12 in just one color each month.  It turned out that some customers also prefered purchasing in 12×12 individual packs.

The lesson here is this:  If you don’t like a change that Stampin’ Up! has made, or if you think there is a change that needs to be made, let them know!  Also, let your demonstrator know & we will contact them on our end.  They do listen!
