Another project I did for the first time last month was a Swing (or Flip Flop) card.  It is a fun card!  When gently pulled open, the focal point swings around and you see the back of it.  You use this area to write your message.  Because of the way it opens, the card is definitely best seen in person.  I took multiple photos to try to show the movement:

 

Here are Beate Johns’ fabulous intructions for the spinner card!  Be sure to download the template that she created at the top of the page.  It has all the measurements and is actual size when you print it up.  When you create this, you’ll find it is really nice to have our paper cutter.

I love Petal Prints!  I need to use it more.  For the focal point, I colored directly on the stamp with our Watercolor Wonder Crayons.  Then I stamped the outline (2-step) image over it with Elegant Eggplant.  Click here for Beate’s tutorial on this technique.
