Emergency Birthday Card Kit

Hooray! I finally finished making my
Emergency Birthday Card Kit!!
It is soooo cute! I used the Cutie Pie Designer Series Papers and the Eat Cake stamp set to make 8 different long cards & matching envelopes. Then I made a really simple little pouch to hold it all in!
So, now you’ll want to make a kit yourself, don’t you? Well, lucky you, I am holding a class next Friday@ 7pm! I’ll have everything pre-cut for you. You’ll also receive color photos of each of the cards, with the dimensions of all the pieces you’re using, so they will be super easy to assemble and you’ll be able to re-create more of them in a snap at home after the class! Cost is $20 ($18 for stamp club members). Contact me by Wed Jan 23!
*Only 2 spots left!

January 14, 2008 at 8:53 am | In New Products, Specials, Stampin' Up! | Leave a CommentI had it in my little head that Sale-A-Bration would start on Feb 15th and last 6 weeks through the end of March. But I just realized that I was wrong! Sale-A-Bration starts February 1st and lasts a little over six weeks until March 17th (St. Patricks Day).
So book your Sale-A-Bration workshops ASAP because time is running out!

Mystery Hostess Make & Takes

I’m still bummed that I couldn’t have my New Catalog party last Friday. But now I’ll be able to make some of the raffle prizes even better.
There’s a package of brand new Rub-Ons on their way to my house right now! And I know just what I’m going to do with them first. hee hee
I hope you’ll be able to make it on the 18th. I want to show you what we’ll be doing for the Make & Take.
It’s a matching 3×3 card and a snack-size Hershey bar. I used a brand new hostess set called “Time Well Spent”. It is a great set for making notes and cute goodies for friends.
I’ll be doing a quick watercoloring demonstration at the party for those who’d like to see it.

Rain, Rain, Go Away! -OR- Mystery Hostess Party Postponed!
January 4, 2008 at 2:32 pm | In Events, Stampin' Up! | Leave a CommentActually, the rain is beautiful & refreshing to me. There is just too much of it!
My street is flooded, covering the sidewalks. There are very few safe places to park cars, and those, I’m sure, will quickly be taken by neighbors coming home from work.
So, I must admit defeat to this storm and postpone our party this evening.
New Catalog Mystery Hostess Party rescheduled for:
Friday, January 18th @ 7pm
I’m sure not everyone will see this in time. I will be sending out emails to everyone on my contact list, as well.
I will still be here this evening if anyone misses this notice, or is simply adventurous enough to brave the storm. I have a couple adorable little projects to make & boxes of beautiful, shiny new catalogs begging to be looked at. But, for the rest of you, these will wait a couple of weeks until the 18th.
For those who just can’t wait to see the new catalog, you can view it online by clicking here. Not as good as the tangible one, but the next best thing.
Stay safe!
